India, Oct. 8 -- Amazon has selected three Indian-origin GenAI startups in the third cohort of its AWS Generative AI Accelerator (GAIA). These Indian startups, namely Hyperbots, Smallest AI, and Stimuler, are part of the 40 AI startups selected for the cohort.
While ten startups selected in the cohort hail from Asia-Pacific and Japan, the other thirty hail from various other regions such as Asia Pacific, EMEA, North America, and Latin America. These startups part of the programme are building foundational AI models and agentic AI in sectors including financial services, enterprise tech, robotics and manufacturing.
Via the accelerator, AWS will grant each startup up to $1 Mn in "AWS credits", mentor them in technical and business aspects...
