India, Sept. 20 -- Tech giant Google has unveiled the 20 startups selected for the 2025 cohort of its "Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First" programme. Chosen from more than 1,600 applications, the selected startups will undergo a three-month "equity-free" programme designed to help them tackle early-stage challenges and scale their businesses.

Targeted at seed to Series A startups, the accelerator offers mentorship from Google experts, technical training through bootcamps, access to Google Cloud and its in-house developed large language model (LLM) Gemini AI. Besides, eligible startups are also given $350K (around INR 3 Cr) worth Google Cloud credits.
