India, Feb. 12 -- Listed matchmaking company Matrimony's consolidated net profit declined almost 17% to Rs.8.3 Cr in the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q3 FY26) from Rs.10 Cr in the same quarter last year. On a sequential basis, the company's PAT rose 6% from Rs.7.8 Cr in the previous quarter.
Operating revenue for the quarter remained largely flat at Rs.113.2 Cr, marking a 1% YoY and 1% QoQ increase.
Including other income of Rs.6.1 Cr, Matrimony's total income for the quarter stood at Rs.119.36 Cr.
The company's expenses grew 2% YoY during the quarter to Rs.108.7 Cr However, expenses contracted on a sequential basis by 2% from Rs.110.7 Cr reported in the previous quarter.
