India, Feb. 11 -- Semiconductor equipment maker Lam Research has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) to invest INR 10,000 Cr in the state over the next "few years".

The announcement was made by senior vice president at Lam Research, Sesha Varadarajan, on the sidelines of the Invest Karnataka 2025 event.
