India, Nov. 26 -- Info Edge has approved fresh investments worth about INR 75 Cr (about $8.4 Mn) in two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Smartweb Internet Services and Startup Investments (Holding) Limited (SIHL).
In a stock exchange filing dated November 26, the company said its Committee of Executive Directors cleared an investment of INR 5 Cr in Smartweb and about INR 70 Cr in SIHL.
Smartweb provides internet services and also works as an investment advisor, financial consultant and manager or sponsor of alternative investment funds.
As of FY25, it reported a turnover of INR 41.4 Cr, with a net profit of INR 5 Cr.
