India, Jan. 30 -- Listed consumer internet company Info Edge yesterday said that a designated "person" inadvertently shared the company's unaudited draft financial results for the quarter ended December 2025 with an "outsider".

In a filing with the exchanges, Info Edge clarified that the information was meant to be sent to the company statutory auditors, but was accidentally emailed to an external person.

Noting that the data file was password-protected, the company added that the password to access the draft results was not included in the "inadvertent" email.
