India, Nov. 12 -- Medtech startup HRS (Happy Reliable Surgeries) Navigation has raised $5 Mn (about INR 44.3 Cr) in its Pre-Series A funding round led by GVFL, Physis Capital and Sathguru Catalysers. The round also saw participation from India EXIM Bank and KITVEN.
The startup plans on deploying the fresh capital to boost its manufacturing abilities, fuel product innovations and expand globally.
Founded in 2015 by Arpit Paliwal and Shweta Paliwal, HRS Navigation claims to be India's first surgical navigation technology company. The Bengaluru-based startup develops image-guided surgical systems that act like a GPS for surgeons operating inside the human body.
