India, Jan. 6 -- Businessman and actor Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra has reportedly been summoned by a special PMLA court in Mumbai after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a chargesheet against him in the GainBitcoin scam.

Besides Kundra, the court also issued summons to Dubai-based businessman Rajesh Satija and both have been asked to appear in court on January 19, PTI reported.

The ED, in the chargesheet filed in September 2025, said that Kundra's role was beyond a 'mediator' and he was a beneficial owner of the scam.

Kundra received 285 Bitcoins from Amit Bhardwaj, the mastermind of the GainBitcoin scam who passed away in 2022, to set up a Bitcoin mining farm in Ukraine. While the deal did not materialise, Kundra is still ...
