India, Dec. 6 -- Amid heightened startup IPO activity, private funding in the Indian startup ecosystem took a downturn this week. Between December 1 and 5, 18 startups raised $132.7 Mn, marking a 32% decline from $195.2 Mn raised by 24 startups in the preceding week.
