India, Jan. 14 -- Femtech startup Pee Safe has secured $32 Mn (about INR 288 Cr) in its Series C round from Netmeds-backer OrbiMed in a mix of primary and secondary share sale.
Pee Safe said that the fresh capital will be used to expand its offline retail footprint, strengthen brand-led marketing, while also expanding rapidly across quick commerce and leading marketplaces.
"This investment enables us to significantly deepen our offline distribution while also accelerating momentum across quick commerce and ecommerce, allowing us to reach more consumers at scale," Pee Safe cofounder Rithish Kumar said.
In addition to the capital infusion, OrbiMed's Dr Sunny Sharma and Sumona Chakraborty will join Pee Safe's board.
