India, May 8 -- FirstCry subsidiary GlobalBees continues to see more exits. Inc42 has now learnt that GlobalBees' three board of directors - Harsha Deepak Kumar (board representative of Lightspeed India Partners), Sudhir Kumar Sethi (board representative of Chiratae Ventures) and Kaveesh Chawla (board representative of Premji Invest) have resigned in the past 3-4 months.

A source close to the management said the directors were asked to step down as GlobalBees, being a subsidiary of FirstCry, had access to unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI), making their resignation necessary to avoid potential conflicts or regulatory concerns.

The exits come in the backdrop of GlobalBees seeing some senior-level exits:
