India, June 28 -- Egg-focused consumer startup Eggoz is looking to raise INR 125 Cr (around $14.6 Mn) in a round led by Gaja Capital, with participation from existing investors IvyCap Ventures and Rebright Partners.

Of the total INR 125 Cr, Gaja Capital will invest INR 100 Cr, while IvyCap Ventures and Rebright Partners will pump INR 20.94 Cr and INR 4.05 Cr, respectively.

In a filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the Gurugram-based Eggoz said, "The consent of the shareholders, be and is hereby accorded to invite/offer, issue and raise up to INR 124,99,71,185/- in the form of mixed issuance of securities to the following investor."
