India, June 21 -- BSE SME-listed DroneAcharya has delayed its submission for the second half of the fiscal year FY25 (H2 FY25) by over a month now, deferring it from May 27 to July 11.

The dronetech company has adjourned its board meeting to consider and approve the results for the time period thrice now, from May 30 to June 6 to June 20 and now July 11.

In a filing with the BSE, the company informed that the delay in submission of the result comes at the behest of "delays in the audit process, primarily caused by resource constraints and extended internal review procedures".
