India, Nov. 26 -- Dream Sports, the parent company of Dream11, has open-sourced the core technology that powered its real-time platform.

Open-source tech stack HorizonOS is aimed at India's developer community, especially startups and MSMEs in ecommerce, fintech and health-tech. It sits under Horizon, the new SaaS business unit of Dream Sports.

HorizonOS claims to offer a host of functionalities - from tools to help developers build, test and deploy faster, through core building blocks for application development to systems and platforms that allow those applications to run and be managed at scale.
