India, July 30 -- Bajaj Markets, the digital marketplace arm of Bajaj Finserv, has forayed into grocery and food delivery services via Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC).

As per the Bajaj Markets App, the company's grocery segment is being displayed under the 'new launch' category. Items including oil, rice, snacks, chocolates, biscuits and spices, among others, are being offered under the new vertical.

Notably, the app claims that these items will be delivered between 30 minutes and 2 days, depending on the category of the product. Besides, the company has also ventured into the food delivery segment.
