India, Nov. 18 -- Hyderabad-based Axirium Aerospace has secured $3.5 Mn (over INR 31 Cr) in its seed funding led by Shastra VC And BEENEXT. The round saw additional participation from angel investors including Helion Advisors cofounder Ashish Gupta and AIG Hospitals vice chairman PVS Raju.
The aerospace component manufacturer aims to deploy the capital in building an advanced precision-manufacturing facility, while also allocating a portion towards hiring, the startup said in a statement.
"This fundraise will enable us to expand capacity, deepen our engineering and manufacturing excellence, and build long-term partnerships that strengthen global supply chains," Axirium's cofounder and CEO Nishant Khurana said.
