India, Feb. 2 -- Coworking space provider Awfis' net profit surged 43% to INR 21.7 Cr in the third quarter (Q3) of fiscal year FY26 from INR 15.2 Cr in the year-ago quarter.

Sequentially, its PAT increased 35% from INR 16 Cr in the previous quarter.

The company's operating revenue jumped 20% YoY and 4% QoQ to INR 381.8 Cr during the quarter under review. Including other income of INR 29.2 Cr, Awfis' total revenue for the quarter under review stood at INR 411 Cr.

Meanwhile, total expenses zoomed 23% YoY to INR 388.9 Cr.
