India, Jan. 21 -- Media SaaS major Amagi's shares made an underwhelming debut on the stock exchanges today. The company's shares got listed at INR 317 apiece on the BSE, a 12.2% discount to the issue price of INR 361.

On the NSE, the stock got listed at INR 318 per share, 11.9% below the issue price.

With this, Amagi became the first new-age tech company to make its public market debut in 2026. Its IPO comprised a fresh issue of INR 816 Cr and OFS of 2.69 Cr shares.

Early backers including Premji Invest's PI Opportunities Fund I, Accel, Norwest Venture Partners X, Trudy Holdings, among others, offloaded shares via the OFS. Premji Invest emerged as the biggest gainer, raking in a 16.8X return on its investment.
