India, June 3 -- About a week after accusing EY India of conflict of interest and breach of professional conduct, Aakash Educational Services has moved the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against the audit giant.

Aakash filed a petition today against EY, its partner Ajay Shah, stakeholders BYJU'S parent Think & Learn, Byju Raveendran, JC Chaudhry and Manipal Group.

The latest court war was triggered by a suit filed with the NCLT against Aakash by Think & Learn Pvt Ltd back in March under Sections 241 and 242 of the Companies Act, 2013. BYJU'S was trying to prevent a potential dilution of its stake in Aakash following a fundraiser. The petition, which was filed by BYJU'S IRP Sanjay Ajmera, led to a status quo of the shareholding.
