India, May 5 -- Delhi NCR-based commercial vehicle marketplace 91trucks has raised INR 42.92 Cr (around $5 Mn) in a funding round led by Arkam Ventures along with Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital and India Accelerator.
According to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings accessed by Inc42, 91trucks has allotted 2,276 Compulsory Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares (CCCPS) at a premium value of INR 1,88,578 to Arkam Ventures, Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital and India Accelerator.
While Arkam Ventures has invested about INR 25 Cr, Titan Capital, Saparrow Capital and IA pooled in INR 14.99 Cr, INR 1.73 Cr and INR 99.99 Lakh, respectively, in the round.
