Quick home service startup Snabbit has raised $30 Mn (about INR 265 Cr) in its Series C funding round led by Bertelsmann India Investments (BII), with participation from existing backers Lightspeed, Elevation Capital, and Nexus Venture Partners.

The startup said in a statement that it plans to use the fresh funds to expand into new high-frequency service categories, including cooks, childcare, and elderly care, while deepening its presence across major Indian cities.

The startup, which recently shifted its headquarters from Mumbai to Bengaluru, currently operates in five cities and facilitates over 10,000 jobs a day through a 100% women-led workforce of 5,000 trained "experts".
