Logistics major Shadowfax's IPO closed the second day of bidding with 60% subscription, getting bids for 5.33 Cr shares against 8.91 Cr shares on offer.

The portion reserved for retail investors was oversubscribed 1.64X, getting bids for 2.64 Cr shares against 1.61 Cr shares reserved for them. The company's employees bid for 6.12 Lakh shares against 4.23 Lakh shares on offer, translating to 1.45X subscription.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) are yet to fully subscribe their quota, placing bids for 1.82 Cr shares against 4.83 Cr shares reserved for them. This translated to 37.8% subscription.
