Ola Electric founder Bhavish Aggarwal today sold 4.19 Cr shares, or nearly 1% of his stake, on December 17 for INR 142.3 Cr at an average price of INR 33.96 per share. This comes after he sold 2.6 Cr shares on December 16 for INR 91.9 Cr.

In two sessions, Aggarwal has sold over 1.5% of his holding, raising a total of INR 234.2 Cr.

Yesterday, the company said that the stake sale was part of a "oone-time, limited monetisation of a small portion of his personal stake" to fully repay a INR 260 Cr promoter loan and release pledged shares.
