THOUBAL, Oct. 21 -- Present councillor of Yairipok Municipal Council, Ward no -VIII, Konjengbam Ito, 58, has been missing after he left home in the morning of October 19.
The councillor has not returned back home after he went for some personal transactions at a bank at Yairipok, and his whereabouts cannot be still be traced. Meanwhile, his relatives have filed a case of Missing Report at Yairipok police station.
According to family sources, Konjengbam Ito, son of (late) K. Angou of Yairipok Kekru Makha Gwarok Leirak, left his home at around 11:00 am of October 19 for personal transactions at Manipur Rural Bank located at Yairipok Keithel.
