Manipur, July 28 -- The accused vehicle lifter has been identified as Siraj Khullakpam also known as Saroj, 21, son of Yunus Khan.

A vehicle lifter was caught red handed with a stolen two-wheeler vehicle at Khekman Ningthibi Khong along the Leishangthem to Lilong IVR on Tuesday. The accused vehicle lifter has been identified as Siraj Khullakpam also known as Saroj, 21, son of Yunus Khan. He was caught red handed along with a red-coloured Honda Activa scooter without a registration number that was reportedly stolen from a nearby fish farm. Siraj Khullakpam has been handed over to Thoubal police station and a regular case was registered against him.
