Manipur, Feb. 20 -- It is said that under the eagle eye of Yumnam Kheda, who has been the sub-inspector of police, in-charge of Imphal West, Anti Human Trafficking Unit since September 15 1981, no human traffickers or their victims could escape his sharp gaze. He will be retiring on February 28.

Manipur has some committed police officers in the state, who are truly dedicated to their service and caring to its people. Kheda is one of them and a rare asset of the State.
