Congress legislative party (CLP) leader, Okram Ibobi along with 14 Congress MLAs submitted a memorandum to MP and general secretary of Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Saturday evening.

The memorandum submitted highlighted the current issues on the State's territorial integrity concerning the Naga peace talks. It also touched on the possible introduction of the contentious Citizenship Amendment Bill in the coming parliament session.

The congress team met general secretary, CPI-M, Sitaram Yechury at its party head office on Saturday evening at around 3:15 p.m.
