Manipur, April 6 -- Prerna Utsav cum Cultural Fest 2023-24 kicked off on Friday in Churachandpur district at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Tuinon in Churachandpur, an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of India.

The occasion, which was mainly made to empower the youth of India by the government of India, will be a 2-day event. During the event, a competition on Patriotism Poem Recitation (on the choice of the student), patriotic song, spot Paintings and essay writing will be held.
