Manipur, April 18 -- As announced earlier by the Naga People's Coordination Committee (NPCC) which was formed by the Naga people in Manipur in connection with the Lok Sabha election, 2019 against the opening of the 3 sealed strong rooms at Churachandpur on April 13.

The NPCC today had called a total shutdown of all shops in all Naga Hill districts of Manipur from 10 am to 12 noon to protest against the act by district election officer of Churachandpur, Shyam Lal Punia, and observer, incharge of strong rooms, B.K Singh to take stringent action upon them as per law of the land and demanded no counting of EVMs for opened strong rooms.
