IMPHAL, May 22 -- As observed across the nation, the 28th death anniversary of former Indian Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi was commemorated as 'Anti-terrorism day' at Congress Bhavan today.

In connection with the occasion, Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Gaikhangam, Congress Legislature Party leader, Okram Ibobi among other MLAs and party workers paid floral tributes to the portrait of the former Prime Minister.

The MPCC members present also took a pledge to promote peace and harmony among the people and to take a firm stand against terrorism.
