Manipur, May 16 -- Manipur Governor Anusuiya Uikey on Wednesday attended the 3rd Convocation of Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Senapati, Manipur, held at IIIT Manipur City Campus, Mantripukhri, Imphal.

Delivering the convocation address, the Governor congratulated all the graduating students on receiving their medals and degrees and also extended best wishes in all their future endeavours, stated a release from the Governor's Secretariat.
