Manipur, Nov. 29 -- The weapon were seized following a disclosure from a proscribed UG group member, who was nabbed by the joint police team during a house-to-house search operation conducted at Huikap area on Sunday.

Huge arms and ammunition which were concealed in a water tank (500 litres Syntax) kept under the ground of a cowshed were recovered by a joint team of Thoubal district police on Sunday afternoon from Huikap Awang Leikai Chonga Loukol area, Thoubal district.
