IMPHAL, April 24 -- The decision for repoll in 12 polling stations is an indication that there was mass proxy voting and the decision is also taken by the people after pointing out the malpractices in the said polling stations, said secretary of Communist Party of India (M), L. Sotinkumar.
Addressing media persons at its office today, Sotinkumar said, though there are several complaints from the people even in other polling stations regarding malpractices, the decision for re-poll only in 12 polling stations is a measure to show that ECI have listened to the voice of the people.
