Manipur, June 27 -- "Chief minister's office must clarify on the utilisation of Rs. 1 crore which was sanctioned for the construction of Manipur Institute of Hotel Management (MIHM) at Yaralpat. The construction of MIHM was started without e-tender and work order."
This was stated by MLA, Khumukcham assembly constituency, Joykishan during a press conference held today at state Congress office located at B.T. road, Imphal.
