After penning three articles in the past on the implication of CAB, which was published in the papers, it was felt that there is no further point to be brought. However, the observation of a minister in a public function and the circulation in the social media of an unsigned paper both very recently, made one rethink that it is still necessary to comment of this issue. Especially as there is suspect that police are made to pass on the unsigned document.
