Manipur, April 12 -- The RPF urged all to light candles at their gates as a part of the observation of Athoubasinggi Numit and avoid taking part in festivities on the day.

The proscribed Revolutionary People's Front (RPF) on Sunday urged all to wear masks and maintain COVID-19 SOPs while taking part in the observation ceremony of 'Athoubasinggi Numit' (Martyrs' Day) which falls on Tuesday.
