Manipur, Nov. 11 -- The question papers of Teacher's Eligibility Test (Primary and Upper Primary) in Assam were reportedly leaked on social media minutes after the examination began.

A series of photographs and screenshots of the question papers were circulated on social media platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook minutes after candidates began writing the exam on Sunday.

A total of 2,30,482 candidates have applied for Lower Primary TET examination and 1,66,079 candidates have applied for Upper Primary TET examination this year.

The question papers were leaked despite all precautions and security measures.
