Manipur, March 21 -- President, All Manipur Bar Association, senior advocate, H. Chandrajit Sharma today submitted his resignation letter to the association over allegations of professional misconduct reportedly raised against him.
A resignation letter issued by Chandrajit to the vice-president of the association stated that he submitted the resignation as there is an allegation of indulging in professional misconduct while performing his duties. "Such allegation against the President of the All Manipur Bar Association affects the morality and integrity of the post and hence, it is in the interest of the Bar and the members of the All Manipur Bar Association that I am inclined to proceed with my resignation, " it said.
