IMPHAL, March 19 -- The construction works of Primary Health Centre, Rilram, Tengnoupal district Manipur which was started eight years back should be completed within three months, said social worker, Momo Tantanga.
Addressing media person in a press conference held today at Manipur Press Club, Momo stated that the construction of the health centre was started in 2011 but left incomplete for so many years, and the quality of the work done so far is also not satisfactory. "This has created a lot of difficulties to the doctors posted in the centre in discharging their service," he said.
