GAYA JI, July 3 -- A mentally unstable Dalit widow was allegedly raped while she had gone out accompanying her two minor daughter at Vinobanagar village under Raushanganj police station of Gaya Ji district on Tuesday night. The victim was sent to Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital (ANMMCH) at Gaya jI for treatment and medical examination in the morning, police said. The woman's husband had died and she was living with two minor daughters. At about 9.30 pm on Tuesday, she went outside the hilly village with the daughters when three youths from adjacent Meghnadih village came on a bike. One of the youths caught her and dragged towards the bushes in the foothills and forcibly raped her. The two other youths were waiting at some distance. Villagers ran after the girls started weeping and shouting for help and the youths fled, police said. Senior superintendent of police (SSP) Gaya Ji, Anand Kumar, confirmed the incident....
