Uncertainty over Tejashwi Yadav attending event
PATNA, Nov. 20 -- There is likely to be small presence of opposition leaders at the oath taking ceremony of the new NDA government at Gandhi Maidan on Thursday where caretaker chief minister Nitish Kumar would be sworn in as new chief minister for the record tenth time by Governor Arif Mohammed Khan.
Sources in the RJD, which managed to win only 25 seats, having suffered a drubbing in the recently concluded polls, said there was still uncertainity whether their leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav would be attending the event. There was likely to be representation of senior RJD leaders at the event, insiders said.
Leaders of other opposition parties from the INDIA bloc or Mahagathbandhan too are likely to attend the event including from Congress, Left and VIP, sources said. HTC...
