PATNA, Oct. 12 -- The state of suspense prevailed in the INDIA bloc on Saturday over the seat-sharing which continues to face glitches because of alliance partners not settling for a fixed formula. Several rounds of meetings among and within RJD, Congress and Left parties took place on Saturday but no clarity emerged except a possibility that a deal would be struck by October 13.
