six arrested for bokara jewellery loot
PATNA, June 25 -- The Bihar Special Task Force (STF) and Patna police, in a joint operation on Tuesday, arrested six persons involved in the loot of Aastha Jewellery shop in Bokaro district, Jharkhand, and recovered a part of the looted ornaments.
On the evening of June 23, four armed criminals entered Aastha Jewellery shop under Chas police station in Bokaro. They initially asked shop owner Jitendra Kumar for silver rings. When told the shop did not deal in silver. As Kumar waited for his staff outside to return, the criminals pointed a pistol at him and held him and his staff at gunpoint....
