SA national detained near Nepal border
PATNA, April 15 -- Sashastra Seema Bal detained a South African national late on Sunday for illegally crossing the India-Nepal border in Bihar's Madhubani district. According to SSB Commandant of 48th battalion, Govind Singh Bhandari, a suspect foreigner identified as-Kingsle (44) alias Senegal-was detained while trying to enter Nepal from India through the Betaunha border outpost under Jaynagar police station of Madhubani. During interrogation he said he had come to India due to a business related matter. First, he reached Kathmandu from Nigeria and then entered India. He stayed in Delhi for three months and returned to Kathmandu. Again, he went to Delhi for 'treatment' but he could not produce any medical related documents nor produce Nepal arrival related documents....
