Bharatpur, Dec. 20 -- Ranthambore Tiger Reserve's well-known tigress, Sultana, has given birth to two cubs. During the process of shifting the newborns, the tigress was seen carrying her cubs in her mouth, prompting authorities to temporarily close a key route inside the reserve as a precautionary measure. According to forest officials, the gate connecting Ranthambore Fort to Ganesh Dham was closed for around half an hour on Friday morning after Sultana was spotted moving with her cubs. The Forest Department has since intensified monitoring of the tigress and her offspring to ensure their safety.
