PATNA, Sept. 4 -- The ongoing Rajaswa Maha Abhiyan has gained encouraging response with 4.66 lakh applications submitted by land holders to correct discrepancies in their jamabandi (record of rights) as part of the drive launched by the revenue and land reforms department to facilitate updation of land records. Secretary, revenue and land reforms department Jai Singh said so far 4.66 lakh applications had come from land holders for correction of any errors in the record of rights as well as rolling out the mutation process in households where the previous owner of any land parcel was dead or there was need of partition among the heirs in a joint property where their ancestors had died....
