Rahul insulted Army by seeking proof of Op Sindoor, says MP CM
Bettiah, Oct. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh chief minister Mohan Yadav on Friday called upon the masses to gird up their loins to teach a lesson to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his alleged utterance aimed at demoralising and insulting the Indian army after the Pahalgam terrorist attack at a rally in Bihar's West Champaran district.
Addressing a gathering at Shera Bazaar area near Bathwariya in Bagaha, while praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar for pushing the state on the path of development, the Madhya Pradesh chief minister suddenly rushed at Gandhi angrily and rained on him a barrage of accusations.
"To avenge the terrorist attack in the country, our Army taught a befitting lesson to Pakistan-based terrorists and our Congress leader, Rahul Gandhi, is demanding proof of the same. Shame on him for demoralising and insulting the Indian Army," said Yadav, referring to Gandhi's comments after the Operation Sindoor.
The Pahalgam terror attack, which killed 26 people on April 22, prompted India to launch a cross-border operation on May 7, targeting terror infrastructure across Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Pakistan.
Chief minister Yadav further said that Rahul Gandhi had insulted the Indian Army and also degraded his countrymen both inland and abroad as well.
"This is the high time when you run the chakras using your finger to destroy or decimate forces hellbent on bringing disgrace for the country," he added.
Yadav, however, was also unsparing on his attack on the RJD and sought to remind people of the Lalu-Rabri rule in the state, describing it as a jungle raj....
