Speaking to journalists in Darbhanga, Owaisi said, "It is up to the Central government to decide what action to take and when, as the responsibility lies with them. We stand firmly with them on this issue." He was addressing the media at a hotel in Darbhanga on his way to Dhaka from Kishanganj where he called for justice for the victims and for concerted efforts to eliminate terrorism from the country. Referring to a recent all-party meeting, he noted that the entire Opposition had extended unanimous support to the government. "The government must act strongly to root out terrorism. Despite measures like the surgical strike and the Balakot airstrike, it is true that Pakistani terrorists have continued to carry out attacks in India. Incidents like 26/11, Pathankot, Uri, Pulwama, and the killing of tourists at Reasi near Vaishno Devi last year highlight the ongoing threat posed by Pakistani terrorists," he said....
