PATNA, Aug. 6 -- A BSc nursing student was shot dead on Tuesday evening on the premises of Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), police said. Soon after the incident, the shooter was chased and caught by the students when he was trying to flee. Angry students snatched his pistol, thrashed him mercilessly before handing him over to the police. The deceased was identified as Rahul Kumar (25), and he was allegedly shot dead on the campus by his father in-law after a fallout following his love marriage which took place four months ago. Rahul had reportedly married a girl from Saharsa, currently a first-year B.Sc Nursing student at DMCH. The girl's family was reportedly enraged over the couple's decision to marry without their consent....
