PATNA, March 29 -- The Bihar government on Tuesday said there will no change in the fee for consent to operate ( CTO) being levied for setting up industries as it had been fixed after due consultation with stakeholders. Replying to a short notice question in the state assembly, revenue minister Alok Mehta said industries have to get CTO once every five years based on the capital cost of the enterprise and it is divided in different slabs.
